Low Pressure, clean break coupling

With worker and environmental safety issues becoming a top priority in many industries, the Walther LC Series couplings offer the perfect quick-connect coupling solution when both hazardous and non-hazardous media line connections are needed. The low to medium pressure, "push to connect" LC Series couplings offer automatic locking and self-sealing valves on both sides. A squirt-free connection is possible due to the special design valve arrangement, which also prevents air inclusion. During disconnection, the valves close automatically before the housing seal leaves the sealing area. As a result, only a wetted surface remains. Whether being used for chemical liquids or gases, cooling water or steam with media temperatures ranging from 14°F to 392°F (depending on the medium), the Walther LC Series coupling offers a true clean break solution.
